Age Restrictions
Introductory Diving Tour: 10 years old & up Turtle Encounter Snorkeling Tour: 8 years old & up All other tours do not have any age restrictions.
When do I pay for my tour?
All reservations require payments to be done in advance.

Transportation Service

Do you offer hotel transportation services?
Yes, optional hotel transfers for major hotels in the Tumon and Agana bay area are available with advance arrangements.
Can transportation services be arranged for a guest house?
No, the hotel transfer service is only available for designated major hotels. We recommend using a taxi or rent-a-car instead.
Is it possible to be dropped off at a different location?
Yes, as long both are designated drop-off locations and we are informed beforehand.
Can I be dropped off at a shopping mall instead of my hotel?
No, shopping malls are not designated pick-up/drop-off locations, but we can help arrange a taxi.
Can I arrange transportation from multiple hotels?
Yes, we ask that you book separate reservations for transportation to multiple hotels.
I booked my reservation without the hotel transportation, can I just show up to the pick-up location?
No, the hotel transfer shuttle bus will only stop at previously requested locations. Please contact us in advance for transportation service.

Underwater Observatory

How far is Fish Eye Marine Park from most hotels?
Depending on which hotel and traffic conditions, it will take approximately 15-30 minutes to get to and Fish Eye Marine Park from most major hotels.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are free parking spaces in front of the entrance to the underwater observatory. Please do not leave valuables and personal belongings in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Can I purchase admission tickets in-person?
Yes, there is a ticket booth next to the entranceway to the Fish Eye walkway bridge and underwater observatory.
Are strollers allowed on the walkway bridge and in the underwater observatory?
Strollers are allowed on the bridge, but due to the 72 steps down in the observatory, we recommend leaving the stroller on the upper deck with an attendant.
Are wheelchairs allowed on the walkway bridge and in the underwater observatory?
Wheelchairs are allowed on the bridge and upper deck of the observatory, and there is a live video feed from the underwater observatory on the upper deck for those unable to make it downstairs.
Can I snorkel or dive off the walkway bridge on my own?
No, access to the walkway bridge is only available for Fish Eye Marine Park guided tours.
What is the depth of the underwater observatory and the seafloor?
The lower deck window is 20 ft. below the surface, and the seafloor is 33 ft. down.
What can be seen from the bottom deck of the observatory?
Over 200 species of marine life and coral can be observed, with fish feeding sessions available randomly throughout the day.
Are the fish and marine life kept in the area with nets?
No, there are no nets, all underwater wildlife in the area is real.
Are there sea turtles or other unique fish in the area?
Yes, sea turtles and barracudas are often seen from both decks of the observatory, as well as the the walkway bridge. Black tip reef sharks can also be seen but, as they are actually highly sensitive to human activity, rarely make an appearance when divers or snorkelers are in the area.

Eco Snorkeling

How long is the snorkeling experience?
The actual snorkeling time is 45 minutes, but most guests tire after 30 minutes.
Will the tour still operate in inclement weather?
The tour will continue as long as customer's safety is not threatened, such with as strong rip currents or thunderstorms.
Do I need to bring my own snorkeling equipment?
No, all snorkeling gear is provided free of charge, but you are welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
Can I bring my own underwater camera?
You are more than welcome to bring your own camera! There are also a limited number of GoPros for rent, as well as souvenir photos by our staff for purchase.
May I remove my life vest during the snorkeling tour?
All participants must keep the life vest on during the duration of the activity, but experienced swimmers may ask to remove it after consulting the life guard/instructor on duty.
Are prescription snorkel masks available?
Yes, but due to the limited amount available, we ask that you request them in advance.
Are shower & changing facilities available?
Yes, all participants have access to individual lockers, as well as a shower & changing facilities.
Are infants allowed to snorkel?
Children of all ages may participate with parent or guardian supervision, with life jackets available for infants.
Do I need to know how to swim to participate?
No, you do not need to know how to swim, as all participants will be supervised by a certified instructor and given a life jacket for safety.
Are pregnant people able to participate?
Unfortunately, for their own safety we do not allow those who are pregnant to snorkel.

Island Cultural Dinner Show

What is the main attraction of the show?
The Fish Eye Island Cultural Dinner Show is a 60 minute performance, bringing a true and live showcase of culture from across the Pacific Islands. Our entertainment team is incredibly passionate, and are perpetually updating the show to take it to a higher level.
Can I arrange for a special celebration?
Yes, with advance request, birthday, wedding, anniversary or any other occasions can be celebrated. Guests are serenaded with songs during dinner time. A cake and fresh flower leis are also available for an additional fee.
Is the menu able to accommodate children, and those with allergies or dietary restrictions?
The dinner buffet cannot be tailored for each person, but with a wide range of options, guests of all ages and restrictions can enjoy.
Are drinks included?
Self-service soft drinks are included, but any alcoholic or specialty beverages must be purchased separately.
Seating Requirements
Seats will be assigned in advance by waitstaff, but you are welcome to upgrade to a Premium seat for an additional fee.
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed. For those with strict dietary requirements, please speak to Fish Eye staff beforehand for approval.
What is the dress code?
We recommend wearing light summer clothes, to best enjoy the open-air restaurant and tropical setting.
Are flies or mosquitos an issue?
Fly activity usually ceases by sundown and mosquitos are usually not an issue, however bug repellent is available at the reception area.
Photography Rules
Guests are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the performance to remember their time at Fish Eye. We do ask that you do not use flash, as not to distract the entertainers' performances. Advanced arrangement is required for commercial photo/video. Please speak to Fish Eye reservation office for details.
Is smoking allowed during the performance?
No, Guam law prohibits smoking in the restaurant, but there is a designated smoking area outside.

Sunset Cruise

Where do I meet for the sunset cruise?
All participants will meet at the Fish Eye Visitor Center, and transferred together to the marina. There is no need for individual transportation. Due to strict scheduling, if you miss the pick-up you will not be allowed to participate. Please meet at least 10 minutes before scheduled time.
What is the main attraction for the cruise?
This 45-60 minute sunset cruise includes live island music and interactive cultural activities, as well as appetizers and beverages for guests. Guests are limited to 2 alcoholic beverages to minimize the chance of injury and seasickness. After the cruise, guests will also be escorted to Jamaica Grill for an island-style BBQ.
What other features does the boat have?
The boat is equipped with a spacious enclosed cabin for guest comfort. It also features a bathroom, however it is quite small. We suggest using the visitor center bathroom before boarding the bus to the marina.
