- Access to the Underwater Observatory requires walking across an ocean bridge approximately 300 meters in length.
- A spiral staircase with 72 steps connects the upper deck and the lower viewing chamber.
- Guests who find it difficult to use the stairs may view live underwater footage on monitors located on the upper deck.
- Restrictions
- Wheelchair access is not available to the lower viewing chamber.
- Guests with mobility concerns are advised to consider participation carefully in advance.
- Activities may be modified or canceled due to weather or sea conditions.
