Trip Planning

• Dress Comfortably: Wear light summer clothing and apply sunscreen before you arrive to enjoy the sea breeze while strolling across the ocean bridge to the Observatory.
• Bring a thin cardigan or jacket to wear if you are sensitive to cold temperature of the air-conditioned bus.

Important Information

• Access: The Underwater Observatory is reached via a 900-foot (300m) ocean bridge.
• Staircase: There are 72 steps on a spiral staircase between the upper deck and the lower viewing deck.
• Viewing Options: For those who prefer to stay on the upper deck, a video monitor provides a live feed of the marine life.
• Underwater Views: Enjoy a 360-degree view of the reef through 18 square and 8 round windows at a depth of about 20 feet (6m).
• Dietary Note on Lunch Buffet (Option): We offer a diverse buffet menu to accommodate various dietary needs, including allergies and vegetarian diets. Please feel free to choose from our wide selection to find options that suit your requirements.
• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in both the Visitor Center and the Underwater Observatory.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 5 pm, 2 Days Prior: No cancellation fee.
• After 5 pm, 2 Days Prior: Cancellation or reduction in participants incurs a 50% charge of the total tour fee.
• After 5 pm, 1 Day Prior: Cancellation or reduction in participants incurs a 100% charge of the total tour fee.
   

Hotel Transfer

• Availability: Hotel transfers can be arranged for a minimal fee for hotels in the Tumon and Agana Bay areas with advance notice.
• Meeting Time: Arrive at the designated meeting place 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
• Shared Transfer: As transfers are shared, please allow extra time for potential delays.
