Important Information
- Cruise time: it is from 50 to 60 minutes depending on the location of the dolphins.
- Dolphin Guarantee: If no dolphins are spotted during the tour, receive a complimentary gift from Fish Eye as a token of appreciation.
- Departure Locations: The dolphin-watching boat departs from Agana Boat Basin or Agat Marinas, both conveniently located short drives from Fish Eye Marine Park.
- Minimum Participation Requirement: The tour requires at least 6 paying adult participants to proceed. You will be notified by 5:00 p.m. the day before if the minimum has not been met, giving you the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
- Accessibility: Please consult with us before making a reservation if you use a wheelchair.

- After 5 pm, 2 Days Prior: Cancellation or reduction in participants incurs a 50% charge of the total tour fee.
- After 5 pm, 1 Day Prior: Cancellation or reduction in participants incurs a 100% charge of the total tour fee.
Hotel Transfer
- Availability: Hotel transfers can be arranged for a minimal fee for hotels in the Tumon and Agana Bay areas with advance notice.
- Meeting Time: Arrive at the designated meeting place 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup.

Q. Where is the meeting place? May I go directly to the Marina in my car?
A. The meeting place is the visitor center of the Fish Eye Marine Park. All participants will be transferred together via bus or van to the departing Marina.
Q. What type of boat does Fish Eye use for the dolphin-watching tour?
A. A fast sport cruiser is used to quickly reach the dolphin locations.
Q. How long is the cruising time?
A. The cruise time is approximately 50 minutes depending on the location of dolphin sightings.
Q. What is the chance of getting seasick?
A. Because of the cruiser's speed and short trip time, the chances of being seasick are considerably reduced. However, If you are prone to motion sickness, you should take your prescription 30 minutes before the trip.
Q. Are dolphin sightings guaranteed?
A. There is no certainty of seeing dolphins or whales because they are wild creatures, but the average number of sightings in the last five years has been rather high. Because multiple kinds of dolphins live near Guam all year, the percentage of sightings is relatively high.
Q. What happens if dolphins are not sighted?
A. We provide gifts such as hand towels, eco-bags, or key chains.
Q. Is there a difference in the chances of dolphin sightings between the different optional tour companies?
A. Since most dolphin-watching boats and captains share the same information about the locations of the dolphin sightings, the chances of seeing dolphins are the same for all tour companies. Some companies may claim that they have a better sighting rate however this claim is false and only used for manipulative marketing strategy.
Q. Are dolphin cruises conducted on rainy or stormy days?
A. The sport cruiser has an enclosed cabin to protect passengers from the rain and wind however if weather conditions become too hazardous, the licensed boat captain at his discretion may cancel the cruise for the safety of the passengers.
Q. What happens if the tour is canceled due to the weather?
A . If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be offered the option of receiving a full refund or booking on another day.
Q. May pregnant women participate in the activity?
A . Yes. It is welcome for expectant mothers to join the dolphin-watching tour.
Transfer Service
Q.Are transportation services available from my hotel?
A.Yes. Hotel Transfer can be added with a minimal fee for major hotels in the Tumon and Agana Bay area with advance arrangements.
Q.I am staying at a Guest House, can transportation service be arranged?
A.It is necessary to arrange exclusive transfer service in advance with an additional fee for locations other than designated hotels.
Q.Is it feasible to be dropped off at a different hotel from where I picked up?
A.Yes. Please notify us in advance if both hotels are designated locations.
Q.Can I be dropped off at a shopping mall on my way back to my hotel?
A.Unfortunately, no shopping centers are designated sites; nevertheless, we can help you arrange a taxi.
Q.Can we arrange transportation from numerous places if members of my group are staying at separate hotels?
A.Yes. Separate reservations for parties staying at various hotels can be made to arrange for different pick-up/drop-off locations.
Q.I booked my reservations without the transfer service. Can I just show up at any of the designated pick-up locations?
No. The bus will only pick up the guests with reservations at designated hotels Please call us ahead of time to make arrangements for transportation.

A.There is no cancellation charge BEFORE 5 PM on 2 days prior to the tour date; however, AFTER 5 PM on 2 days prior to the tour date, a Cancellation or Reduction of participants will be charged 50% of the total tour fee, and AFTER 5 PM on 1 day prior to the tour date, a Cancellation or Reduction of participants will be charged 100% of the total tour fee.
